I’ve always had terrible experiences with girl doctors, but I felt welcomed here. The front staff were very friendly, the doctor listened to all my concerns. Definitely 10/10.

I have been going to dr. Mandelman for quite a few years….only going in for routine exam…(luckily). Got to office…3 in afternoon….door is locked…knocked a couple times, then tried to call office and kept saying could not connect…..went back and knocked really loud…because I could hear talking inside. Dr’s assistant nicely came and found door was oddly locked and let me in apologizing. Dr. Mandelman and her assistant …very personable…..front desk worker…not so much…..bad mood, scowling whole time and acted like me asking if I need to pay was a major inconvenience …..if I had to go more than once a year…honestly, I would be dreading this experience……she is opposite of the medical women in office…..

I think Dr. Mandelman is a good and experienced doctor, however, I think she could benefit from a little bit more personal interaction to make people feel more comfortable and relatable other than just providing services.
